A post from a friend of mine came to my Facebook's wall. I was so glad when I read it, with a little smile I typed the keyboard in my laptop and replied her post, "So, u think that we're crazy, huh?"
Yes, we are crazy. Friends will never look at your crazyness because we all are crazy. I remember the first time I came to Istanbul, I arrived at dormitory with two coper bags from Indonesia and big jacket. I was really tired of flight, and I got a room with number 324. The room is in the right side of corner. I walked to the room and was about to open the door. But the dooe was locked, I was waiting for a few minutes after I knocked it about 3 times. Then a girl opened the door, the first thing came to my mind was.. "This girl is so tall." The second thing was.. "I hope my roomates are good."
Yes, we are crazy. Friends will never look at your crazyness because we all are crazy. There were two girls who I didn't know their name, I was so shy to ask and because of my flight I was so tired, so I just put my stuffs near from my bed and some of them in the cupboard. That girl was doing something with her computer, I thought it was a computer from university. She looked kind, so I asked her to borrow her computer just to contact my family and a friend in Turkey by skype. The other girl asked me, "Do you have friend here?". Well, a good introduction :D
"No, unfortunately. This is my first day. I know nothing."
And the funniest thing was, she asked me "Can you speak arabic?". Don't you think it's funny when you realise that my face doesn't even look like an arab? Or my accent, everything..! So why did she ask me so? That time I hadn't known yet and thought it was not really funny, but now I know why did she ask. She likes Arabic, she will be really happy if she finds partner to speak arabic and share everything about arab. When she looked at my skin, she expected that I could speak arabic. (What is the connection? :/ ) Hmm, even I didn't know what is her name haha. So, the girl I met first is Elma, and the second girl is Emina. They are from Serbia.
It was the first day of my arrival. Now, It has been 4 months, I spend a lot of time with them, and even we know our crush, our favorite song, actor or actress, we have favorite restaurant to eat, we know each style, even we started to understand our language.
Oops, one more girl from Yaman, her name is Shahad, an adorable girl. I know her from Double E (I like to call Elma and Emina with "Double E"). When the Double E went back to Serbia, I was exploring Istanbul with her. They are soooo kind and unforgetable friends ever. We do crazy things together. This is friendship, I will never forget them. Thanks for you time girls!
